  • Payment terms:
  • In Case of Service Calls for Corporates, When Due (Within 7 days), Same date Payment Need to Release (unconditionally).
  • Need to make payment Amount to amount, Rupees to Rupees and Paisa to Paisa.
  • In Case Of Part Warranty – Calls Charges Need To Pay In Advance.
  • Payment Mode : Cash (At Cash Counter Nettech Global, Corporate Office, 101, City Corner, 3, Limda Line, Opp. Church, Jamnagar or UPI 9328296960@pthdfc.
  • Late payment penalties: If applicable, the penalties for late payments, 50 Rs. Per Day Per 1000 Will be Applicable.
  • Discounts: Any discounts that are offered, Will be Mentioned in Work Order, Purchase Order.
  • Dispute resolution: The procedures for resolving disputes, Subject To Jamnagar Jurisdiction. In Any case, Any Dispute Client / Vendor Have to Share Writen Complain to Admin Department on mail id hpjamnagar@gmail.com. Along with their issues.
  • It Is Most Compulsory To Log Call through The Portal. Call Logged Through, Phone, Or WhatsApp Won't Be Accepted. 
  • Electronic transactions: Once the Payment Get Deposited in On Account, After Our Bank Confirmation, we will consider the payment as received.
  • Cancellation: One the order is placed, Material is ordered from supplier, alteration, or Changing or Cancellation will not be accepted. Except, Unavailability of Ordered Metrical.
  • Title and risk of loss: All The Material, Supplied By Nettech Global Group, Is on Terms of F.O.R Corporate office, Limda line. Transport Expense, Delivery Expense will be Applicable Extra.
  • Net 7: Payment is due 7 days after the invoice date (This Facility is applicable to only corporate Clients)
  • Net 30: Payment is due 30 days after the invoice date
  • Cash in advance (CIA): Material Likely to Deliver, will be reassured, New and Latest Purchase Lot. Hence, Specifically Ordered Material Need Advance Payment As Confirmation of Order. 
  • Payment in advance (PIA): Payment is made in advance
  • In Case Of Payment Advance, Material will be availed within 5 to 7 working days. Once the Payment Confirmation Received from our Bank, Order Will be considered as Confirmed.
  • Refurbish & Used Parts Don't Covered under Warranty, The Parts Written with W/o. Won't Be Covered Under Warranty. 

Terms & Conditions For IT & CCTV Camera Infrastructure. 

  • Guidelines to customer
  • • Customer should make premises available without interruption during normal working hours, 10:00AM to 7:00PM,
  • • Procurement of cables and laying by Nettech will ensure you long lasting quality footage.
  • • Accessories like HDMI cable, pipe, bent, clamp etc. should be billed At per the actual Consumption or as per Quotation.
  • • Mobile configuration can be done at additional cost on availability of Internet connectivity on the premises during installation date.
  • • Monitor should be arranged by the customer during the installation to preview and confirm quality output on the premises If Not A Part of BOM (Bill Of Material). Mobile Configuration / Permanent Monitor Connection, requested by the customer after the date of installation will attract additional charges.
  • • Ensure that the Internet wiring access is near to the location of DVR.
  • • Online UPS connection to DVR is advisable for uninterrupted coverage.
  • • Mounting DVR in network rack is advisable to ensure that, it is undisturbed by manual handling.
  • • Installation requires drilling holes in interior and exterior walls. Nettech limits its liability to the patching of said holes and cannot be responsible for providing paint or wall coverings to match those colors or coverings existing within customer's premises.
  • • One-year Part warranty applicable for manufacturing defects of the product supplied by Nettech Global OF Companies.
  • • Service warranty will not applicable for the quality issues raised due to own cable and laying.
  • • Customers are advised to pay materials costing on signing/accepting this term and order form and also to settle the full invoice amount on completion of installation.
  • • The Customer also agrees not to permit any third party to tamper with the security system without the written consent of Nettech Global.
  • The customer should inform Nettech Global in advance if there will be a change of broadband supplier or significant works taking place that may affect the installation.
  • Conditions not covered by warranty
  • Damage resulting from accidents, natural calamity, alteration, misuse, tampering and abuse, Hi Power Surge.
  • Failure of Customer to properly follow operating instructions and user equipment maintenance guidelines provided by us at time of installation Trouble in Internet line or interruption to commercial power.
  • A dispute resolution agreement, also known as an arbitration agreement, is a legal document that outlines how disputes will be handled. This can help avoid costly litigation.
  • Process To Log The Call Under Warranty 
  • Need to Log The Call Compulsory Through Online Link : Log Complain (Name, Mobile Number, Mail id, Copy Of Bill) is Compulsory, In Case Of Part warranty within 24 hours, Demand note for Call Charges Payment Will be Sent through Mail Within 24 Hours. On Making Call Charges Payment, Once the Confirmation By Bank is given, Call Will be Activated. And will be Attended withing 24 hours. 
  • Any Material Delivered By Nettech Global, Will be Under Part Warranty Terms, And Replacement will be a Part Of Carry in and Carry out Warranty Terms. 
  • Under Warranty Material Delay, Warranty Coved Terms Will be Depend upon Supplier, Manufacturer. In case of Rejection of Warranty on any part, Client have to Directly Communicate with Supplier Or Manufacturer. Nettech Global, Is a Mediator Purchasing Material and Delivering to client on General Experience of Material or Parts. 
  • In Case Of Service, Disaster, IT Infrastructure Or FM Support, Client site Support, Client Depending on Recourse Delay or no Support Won't be a Responsibility of Nettech Global.   
  • Client Have to Define One Recourse Person Who Understand The Process of Viewing Recording, Backup. Remembering The Password Will be the Responsibility of Client Recourse Person. In Case Of Password Forget, It won't Be under Warranty, And Will be considered As Chargeable Call.
  • Client Have To Arrange Stair Etc, On Site. Price Mention In the Installation Is Upto 8 Feet Hight, Above 8 Feet Hight Wiring Will Cost Extra Per Meter. 

Above Terms & Conditions Are Applicable To All The Invoice Issued By Nettech Global Group

Nettech Group Of Companies, Accepts Above Mentioned Warranty Terms. Above Terms Are Applicable To Call The Invoices Been Issued. And All The Clients Have To Accept Above Terms And Conditions.
